The Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) Office in Lagos State was set up in 2011. How well have these private capital investors embraced Lagos PPP? I am glad to say that Lagos PPP has been well received by the private capital investors. Lagos PPP was established by the proclamation of the Lagos State House of Assembly, and this gives comfort to whoever is doing business with Lagos State that they are well-protected because there is a law in place. So, a certain percentage of beds would be reserved for citizens, which Lagos State Government will ensure they benefit from.
